We add it to our pesto for a little heat. Also, great on burgers.
The texture is great and you can defiantly taste the peas. The pea flavor is a bit overpowering and all I get is peas with some sweetness and a tiny bit of the jalapeños. This is defiantly a interesting sauce and a different flavor profile.
The addition of peas in this sauce was interesting, but it didn't feel like it was necessary. Otherwise, it's a pretty good sauce, and it's mild heat make it approachable for most tastes.
